Our mezzanine rack system is mainly constructed with rack-supported steel structure. The whole framework uses high-quality Q235B cold rolled steel. The main load-bearing components include upright columns, main beams, secondary beams and floor panels. All steel parts go through pickling, phosphating and electrostatic powder coating treatment. The coating layer is uniform, tough, scratch-resistant and anti-corrosive, which can keep stable performance under normal warehouse environments for many years. For floor panels, we offer multiple options such as steel checkered plates, anti-slip steel plates and wood composite boards according to customer’s load requirements and budget.

The mezzanine structure is modular and prefabricated. All components are manufactured in our factory and assembled on site with bolts. No heavy on-site welding work is required, which shortens the construction period and minimizes disruption to your daily warehouse operation. Floor load capacity can be customized from 200kg per square meter up to 1000kg per square meter. Staircases, handrails and safety guardrails are standard matching parts. Cargo lifting equipment like goods lifts and roller conveyors can be integrated for convenient goods transportation between floors.

Mezzanine rack brings great flexibility for your warehouse layout. The upper floor is usually used for storing boxed goods, cartons, spare parts and small bulk items. The ground floor can still keep working as loading area, pallet storage zone or packing workstation. It is very suitable for warehouses with high ceiling and mixed storage needs. Unlike concrete mezzanine, steel mezzanine rack can be disassembled, relocated or reconstructed if your factory moves or your storage plan changes, which greatly saves long-term investment cost.

Safety is the core consideration during our mezzanine rack design. Anti-fall guardrails are installed along all open edges of the platform. Safety gates are equipped at the lifting opening to prevent accidental falling when loading goods. The whole structure is calculated according to steel structure load standard. Floor panels are designed with anti-slip function to avoid slipping risks for walking staff. All products meet relevant industrial standards. We will complete structural calculation before production to ensure the platform can bear the designed load safely.
